Frequently asked questionsYes—there’s a separate family water area: an indoor pool with a children’s water world, slide, and water games. This area is warm, well-arranged, and designed especially for children—safe and age-appropriate.
Yes—we have a dedicated adults-only wellness area—exclusively for adults. You’ll find saunas, quiet zones, and places to retreat. While the children are well looked after in childcare or in the family pool, parents have their own space here to breathe and let go.
Our heated infinity pool—10.5 m long and 8 m wide—sits under the open sky and offers panoramic views of the Salzburg mountains. It can be used year-round and is one of our highlights—for families as well as couples.
Our tube slide is 35 m of pure fun—and a little competition, too. A traffic-light system gives the start signal, illuminated rings bathe the entire tube in colorful light, and at the finish a large display shows live how fast you were—including the fastest time of the day and your ranking.
